In order to track your app usage on Android, you need to download and install Quality Time app. Wrapped in an easy-to-use and intuitive interface, the app enables you to see your most used Android apps.

- First of all, download Quality Time on your Android device. Once done, you need to set up your account. You can also login with your Facebook account if you want
- As soon as you log in, you have to grant the access to the Quality Time app usage. Just tap on the Permit > Quality Time option and then toggle the switch next to the usage access option to On
- From now on, whenever you use your smartphone, the app will track your behavior, including how many times you unlocked the screen, how much time you spend in all your apps, and how many times you open an app. It tracks this information on a daily and weekly basis

Swiping down from the Today screen will give you a bigger overall view of your day. This will take you from the Today view to the Daily Usage view, providing you a quick look at which apps you’ve launched the most and how much time you’ve spent on each one. Apart from this, you can swipe left to cycle through several bits of information about your app activity such as how many times you unlocked your phone. By using its bottom section, you can swipe through days to see your most used apps on Android.
In case you want to get the Weekly Usage view, you need to swipe down on the screen from the Daily Usage. This shows your collective usage for the week, where you can swipe through frequencies at the top side and weeks at the bottom side. Just tap on any app in either the Daily or Weekly view to see the respective details for that app. Tapping on a day on the Daily Usage page will show a usage graph.
In addition to this, Quality Time app has a handful of extra features under its sleeve. For instance, it offers the ‘take a break’ feature that forces you to put your phone down for some time.
To use this feature, scroll all the way down to the Today View and tap on the three lines at the bottom side to open the menu. Next, tap on the Take a Break option, which will prompt you to set up a Quality Time profile.
